Your safety, comfort, and trust are our top priorities.

1. Scope of Service

CarryMen provides shopping assistance services within designated market areas. Our assistants help customers by carrying shopping bags, assisting with movement through markets, and supporting shopping-related tasks as agreed at the time of booking. Assistants may refuse to handle items that are excessively heavy, unsafe, or pose a risk to health or safety.

2. Verification & Training

All CarryMen Captains and CarryMen assistants are verified through internal identity checks and onboarding processes. Assistants are trained to behave professionally, respectfully, and responsibly while serving customers.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to:

  • Clearly communicate instructions and expectations
  • Avoid handing over prohibited, illegal, or dangerous items
  • Inform the assistant of any fragile or high-value items

4. Safety of Belongings

CarryMen assistants are trained to handle shopping bags carefully. However, customers are advised not to hand over cash, jewellery, mobile phones, or other high-value personal items.

5. Food & Queue Assistance

CarryMen assistants may help customers by standing in queues or placing orders for food or snacks at nearby shops. Payments for food or items must be made directly by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Baby Assistance Disclaimer

CarryMen provides baby-related add-on equipment such as baby carriers and baby prams only as a convenience aid.

Baby carriers are provided strictly for use by the parent or guardian. CarryMen assistants do not carry or hold the child.

In case of baby pram assistance, the CarryMen assistant may assist in pushing the pram only under the direct presence and supervision of the parent or guardian.

CarryMen shall not be responsible for any injury, discomfort, or incident involving a child arising from usage of such equipment.

7. Duration & Extensions

Services are provided strictly for the duration of the selected package. Extensions may be requested subject to availability and additional charges.

Certain optional add-on services or equipment may be provided at additional nominal charges, as communicated at the time of booking.

8. Limitations of Liability

While we take reasonable steps to ensure safety and reliability, CarryMen shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss or damage due to incorrect instructions or undisclosed fragile items
  • Delays caused by market crowd conditions or external factors
  • Issues arising from customer-provided information

9. Code of Conduct

CarryMen maintains a strict code of conduct. Any inappropriate behaviour by assistants or customers should be reported immediately to the Captain or through our official contact channels.

10. Payments & Invoices

Payments must be made as per the selected package. Invoices or receipts are provided as applicable under prevailing regulations.

All payments are collected at the CarryMen booth or through authorized payment modes only. Assistants are not permitted to collect payments directly from customers.

11. Service Availability

Services are subject to availability of assistants and operational conditions. CarryMen reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in case of safety concerns.

12. Changes to Terms

CarryMen may update these terms periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes. Updated terms will be available on our website.
